About Us

The SFCO was set up over 27 years ago to provide support to Community Organisations throughout Swindon.  Originally set up with the support of the National Federation of Community Organisations, now Community Matters, the SFCO operated as the local are of the NFCO. Now as then we concentrate on providing direct, independent help, assistance and support as well as providing a united voice for our member organisations, such as traditional Community Organisations, Residents Associations, Community Centre and Community Associations, throughout Swindon.
